Nice, new location. The staff in this location is always very friendly and pleasant to deal with. We always have very good luck... here with breakfast items such as the loaded omelette biscuit. Their tater tots and other dishes are always hot and fresh. Thelobby always seems clean along with the bathrooms and the rest of the facility. The parking lot is easy to get into and this isnow a 24-hour location which is awesome. It's very close to Menards so we go here commonly for a treat when we are picking upmaterials for our projects. Drive thru is 30 minute wait and you can?t get out once inside
We visited this location because all the other lobbies were closed. We were pleasantly surprised but the atmosphere in the... lobby. It was very clean and modern looking. The food was fresh and made with care. I would recommend anyone visiting this areato visit this location. Read more
Came here late on a Saturday night after getting off work. Supposed to be a 24 hour place. After wating in line for 20... minutes, Apparently the only employee came out and said he has to close down to get ready for breakfast service. Normally Ithink at this point people would be upset they didn't get their food. Me.... this management needs to be replaced. Or comework this shift. The guy literally looked like he was absolutely exhausted. He should not have been put in that position. Ifyou cannot adequately staff the store. Close. Stop making underpaid staff work mercilessly. You need to be ashamed of yourbusiness practices. I wish I had thought about giving the employee a huge tip, I would have. I will never give this place acent of my business. Gentleman at the window was very nice and friendly don?t think they?re open for dine in thou as some people got sent away from... the door by an employee but the food and drinks im sorry to say for the 2nd time not great? fries were super greasy ..somehow Ishould?ve known get what you pay for for 12$ burger fires and drink next time will goto other Hardee?s store maybe .. After sitting in the drive thru for 30 minutes, we assumed the speaker wasn't working because nobody acknowledged us. Two cars... ahead of us left. We got to the window to order and they were upset that we pulled through without ordering. We were asked topull to the front to wait for our food. The window gal acted inconvenienced, the guy sweeping the floor appeared under theinfluence and the lady with the headset on did not appear to be thrilled to have a job! I never write poor reviews but this wasover the top... I am still sitting out front waiting for the food so I cant speak to if it is good or not. Read more
Astounding, I ordered 2 large curly fries. Terribly hard order I soon learned. They filled 1 with regular fries halfway and then... TOPPED it with curly fries, the other 1 they managed to fill with curly fries yet both were still old and cold. I noticed thembeing cold immediately and figured I'll just reheat them once I'm home, and at home is where I found their bizarre mess. I didcall and ask the manager Westly how they managed to mess up, I guess he was in a meeting and what little quality control theyhave goes out the drive thru window. He was offended when I said no to the free food that requires me to waste my gas, or mailvoucher, instead I asked that they hire someone to be in charge of quality control solely so no one has to deal with thisanymore.
