If I could give a 0 star review on service I would if there food taste as good as there customer service it would be equaled to... trash. I 1/10 do not recommend. The GM named brandi/brandy needs to go to schooling on how to defuse a situation instead ofpouring gas on the fire and making it worse! ???? I called and placed an order to pick up. I was told id receive a text alert when my order was ready. So I waited outside of the... store for it to text me.. and never got a message so I went inside to wait just to make sure I could get it and go as soon as itwas done cuz I work long shifts and want nothing more than to get home asap. And it had been sitting waiting in the warmer.Although the employees were very nice, I paid $30 in an economy where it's not all that easy to dish out $30 on a 12" pizza andlava cakes, and my experience should have been much better. All three pizzas were dry. They skimped on every topping. One pizza was wrong. No mushrooms and instead canadian bacon. We did... carry out and had it so we would get notified when the pizza was being prepped, baked, and so on. We were waiting an extra 10-15minutes (it was busy and perhaps understaffed, so... I can kind of understand them being a little behind. Anyway, we neverreceived a notification that our pizza was finished. So yes, I decided to go inside after the 10-15 minutes to find out thepizza was ready. Kinda annoying because I was waiting for the text and never got it. The person who gave me the pizza seemedrather unfriendly. I told her to have a good night and she never said anything back. No smile either. Just looked grumpy.Totally turned off by this location. Placed an online pizza order for contactless delivery tonight, got three pizzas piping hot fresh after about 25 minutes order... was correct. fantastic location fantastic pizza. Big thumbs up thank you. The pizza was hotter and fresher than any sit downpizza place in recent memory. Read more
for years, i didnt think too much of domino's ( or for that matter pizza hut ). it seemed as if the quality had gone down, not... just at the local domino's, but really all over. then reluctantly earlier this year i gave it a try. it was good. and notjust "oh my favorite place is closed, let me give domino's a try" good, but actually good. today i ordered again. here's myexperience. i ordered online, so every step of the process is monitored online. efficient. the pizzas arrived right on time &the gal was friendly. the first pizza i ordered was regular crust with pepperoni and mushroom, but extra sauce. they got itEXACTLY right. the second was thin crust with jalapenos, sausage, and green peppers. just the right amount of heat. napkinsand coke were included too. domino's seems to have gone out of their way to doing pizza the right way again, and it reallytastes terrific. give them a try in the future. you wont be sorry. What a joke of a place, I ordered 44 dollars worth of pizza and put in the description that I only had a 100 dollar bill. So... they call me and say they can't bring 40 dollars in change and canceled my order. This is a joke if I've ever seen one. Terribleservice. We don't have change, that is a complete joke. You can be sure I won't order from this place again. I can understandnot bringing enough change but when the customer literally tells you before hand and you even make the entire order just tocancel. So instead of bringing 40 bucks for change you throw away 45 in food. I will switch to pizza hut for my pizza from nowon at least they have enough for change. It's no wonder look at all the terrible reviews for this place, management should dosome adjustments with employees. Or maybe it a higher up job. Either way terrible place. Read more
