First time here, was a great experience, the service was spot on... the cod fish dinner was plentiful and so very good, comes... with Slaw, fries, roll and tarter sauce,... as you order from drive thru, expect abt a 6to7 minute wait, they have you pull upand they bring the food to you... they offer Frozen Custard as a sweet treat... they have a many of an item to choose from...Burgers ????, chicken ????, fish ???? , salads ???? and many more items of yumminess... My normal experience with this Culver?s is great. However I did have an incident. I ordered through the drive through and asked... for a root beer with my order. I noticed it was more expensive than usual and thought they just raised their prices. I didn?tnotice on the screen they had rung up a root beer float. At the window I paid and then saw the root beer float. I told the ladyin the window I didn?t order it. She said Jesus Christ and aggressively told me she heard me say root beer float. I asked for arefund and she started yelling at me and slammed the window shut before I could say anything. I understand that they were busyand it was my mistake to not catch it or speak clearer, but I don?t think being yelled at was a reasonable response. The womanat the window was SO rude. We are New to area but we love culver's, except that the last three times I got the chicken salad the lettuces were old and... slimy. The manager was nice and said she would replace it. But the replacement was not so good either. Also the custard mix insare not enough to taste, they are very skimpy on toppings. But everything else we've had is very fresh, and delicious. First, I love the food. But I'm annoyed they closed the dining area at 8pm, but widely advertise that they are open till 10pm.... With some difficulty, I got my older mom out for dinner, and arrived at 8:05pm. I checked their hours online. I can't imaginethe chain can't afford more helpful signage and a clearer website, updates to Google listings, etc. Read more

This place has really gone down hill! This was our go to place for shakes but after tonight I won't be back! The lady that took... our order was rude. When we got to the window I asked for them to repeat my order as I didn't think it was right, It wasn't. Theyoung man fixed it and proceeded to make my shakes while everyone else watched, no one offered to help him. The lady that tookmy order just stood at the window on her phone. When I got my shakes they were pretty much vanilla shakes with a little bit oftopping (that not what I consider a shake.) This place is way too expensive to be treated that rudely and get bad product! Read more
