The ice cream was good... But one of the two ppl serving one of them was being kind of rude and messed up my order even though I... was right there saying what I wanted. He was even rude to the other server because she told him something in an excited kind oftone (he was walking away while there was still a line) then he told her to never talk to him like that in front of customers.Honestly, he made the whole experience uncomfortable. I ordered ahead and paid for the order. We got there when it was supposed to be ready. There was no pick-up area and a big line.... We waited in the line and when we asked for our pickup, the orders were sitting there. I put in the order at 8:36pm, arrived topick it up at 850 pm, and finally got out of there with 2 cups of ice cream at 9:26! The staff was disorganized and seemedunhappy to be there. I'm not much of a sweet tooth but this place absolutely convinces me to make an exception. I'm especially a fan of the... Strawberry Blonde, without the caramel, since that makes it much to sweet. As an after dinner treat this place is just right. Read more
I think the stone wasn't cold enough this time, but it was still doable. Might want to fix wall paper and do some updates. Seems... like always out of dipped waffle cones. :( Otherwise, always friendly and one of my favorite places to get ice cream. Read more
Despite low reviews about their cakes, I wanted to give this place a chance. Picked up this cake today and highly disappointed.... Nowhere near resembles the display picture. Lack of everything and icing mistakes. It seems like it was thrown together lastminute. I will not be coming back to this establishment. Read more

Got a little birthday cake for my son, it was very nice. Haven't tried the little reece's cup things but they sure look good.... Only gave 4 stars because I asked for a cup of cookie dough ice cream for my husband but he got cake batter so he wasdisappointed. It was definitely an expensive trip to the ice cream shop which is exactly why I haven't been there since I was ateenager but it was still very good. Thanks guys. Read more
