Took a few minutes longer than expected to get the food, but the service was pleasant and friendly
Not a bad place if they are open. The service depends on the day. Somedays it's good service other days it's as if the employees... hate their job. Read more
Customer service was a flop. The kids working there don't listen and don't care. They forgot to put ice in one of our pops, did... not give us ketchup that was requested, forgot to put part of our order in our bag, and they did not provide napkins. Theirlobby is closed and the line for the driveup was too long to go back through to get things corrected. If you are craving burgerKing go to a different one. The one on west side rapid is way friendly with better service. Read more
First time here & we just needed something quick & easy. It took over 10 minutes to get through drive-thru (only 2 other cars in... front of us) & when we got our food (we had ordered 3 items), we got ONE napkin, no syrup for the French toast sticks, eggsweren?t fully cooked in the sausage egg & cheese croissant & you could TASTE the old grease in the hash browns. Plus they wereover cooked. I highly recommend NOT coming here if you can. Read more

I drove up at 11:08pm. All the lights inside and out were bright as ever so I figured they must be open. I sat at the drive thru... speaker for another 4 minutes looking at the menu. I noticed 3 employees standing at the front counter staring at me. Suddenlythe lights go out. It's pitch dark and the 3 employees were laughing so hard. No I'm sorry we're closed just darkness andwatching employees get a good laugh at my cost. Not sure if the food is good or not but the customer service SUCKS! Read more
