Horrible service. They entered order wrong. Ended up paying almost double for a cheeseburger kids meal because they ordered just... cheeseburger them to correct made me pay cost of kids meal without the burger which was over 4 dollars alone. Read more

The food is good for a fast food place, but like an increasing number of places, they give zero cares about cold... hypersensitivity. I've asked for no ice, the receipt says no ice, but it's half ice every time. It's a shame. I'd love to drinkthe pop with my meal but I can't due to my hypersensitivity. Read more

Absolutely terrible! Lobby closed due to being short staffed, waited 30 min in the drive thru to get our food. Once we got to... the window another customer walked up behind our car to let them know they missing items from their order. We checked andreceived everythin, drove a few miles down the road opened our burgers and they was absolutely disgusting. Dried out buns,tomatoes looked slimy, lettuce was brown and the whole thing was drenched in Mayo. Drove back to get a refund and manager toldme they was trying, there was only him, another person and one employee in training. Refunded me my 27 bucks. Complete waste oftime. Read more

Business inside was dirty and my meal took 13 minutes. I had them get me fresh fries as I watched them sit in the window the... entire time. For 28.00 to get two meals the fries better be Fresh & Hot. My main complaint was the parking lot. Oil and slimefrom the trash area was running down the front parking area making everything slick. I had to help a elderly couple to the cararound the slime to avoid them falling. I told the manager who could have given a care in the world. He acted like I was abother telling him. The handicapped ramp is at the far end of the lot and people have to go through this slime. Read more

5 cars parked and waiting on drive thru items. I have 2 easy items a chicken Jr and popers. Noting I have ever had to wait 15... minutes for before. Did I mention I'm working and loosing out waiting, upper management and area management need to be paid lessso they can afford workers. Give customers a warning at the speaker box it's gonna be a 10 to 15 minute wait. Had that happenedI would've kept driving and not loosing money waiting Read more

Burger was great, service excellent the only downside was hard to find a table that was clean and when my wife and I tried to... get ice we had just enough ice to fill the little portion at the bottom of the cup maybe 20 or less cubes and when it came downto our drinks it was more syrup or not enough syrup because of possibly running out. Asked for no pickles and to add tomato and onion. Was changed 0.25 for the tomato I never got. And received 3 pickles... ????... Thanks! Just what I didn't want. And I paid extra. I live too far out to just turn around too. Read more

Just went this morning and have been here many times. This location I have NEVER had a bad experience. Always polite and food is... always PERFECT. Have never gotten a wrong order at this location. Their croissants were so soft and delicious!!! I don't handout 5 stars easily! This location management has it on point!! Read more
