I don?t usually review chain restaurants but this one deserves 5 stars! We came for dinner on a weeknight and followed a huge... sports team (probably 30 people) - the staff handled it so well, they were friendly, efficient and accurate. They followed thegluten free protocol well which is often difficult to find (especially at a pizza place). My husband and I both got a build yourown pizza and they were delicious! Like the concept. You?ll see your pizza ???? being built to your taste. Tasty and fresh you cannot beat that.
This place is absolutely amazing! They offer GF choices and glove changes! Alora ( I hope I spelled it correctly) is always... greeting us with a smile and makes sure our order is correct. I?ve only a singular experience with this place and based on this singular experience I can say I?ll never get food from this... place again. We were sent a pizza with holes in it. Literally not even a full pizza after spending almost $60 on food it wasbland and just underwhelming. Next time I?ll save $50 and get a little Caesar?s pizza. My daughter and wife literally spit outthe cheese bread. I began to scold my daughter over spitting her food out because I was sure she was overreacting. I?d neverseen her do that before. It seems so obvious but how is this the first of it's kind?! Basically a subway or Qdoba for pizza but they don't charge for... extras. I always get a little anxiety about ordering at places like this but the staff was really friendly and patient. It wassuper easy and came out fast and delicious. I'm craving another smore! (Would love to figure out what kind of graham crackersthey use...) Prices were also really reasonable! Really impressed. Read more
The pizza here is great, but their delivery is hit or miss. Bottom line up front, definitely be wary of delivery, but if you?re... picking up or eating in, this place is great. On two separate occasions now, my delivery has been very wrong. The first time,the DoorDash driver just took my order but labeled it as delivered. I called the restaurant to speak to the manager, and he toldme he would refund my order. A week later, and I was told the same thing. The week after that, I contacted DoorDash and had themcontact the restaurant on my behalf to receive back my $70 order. More recently, the delivery driver only delivered one of twopizzas that I ordered. When I called the manager he told me he could either re-make the other pizza, and I could pick it up, orI could get refunded. I asked to just be refunded, which he agreed to, and still have not received a refund, also after reachingout to the store and to corporate. Again, the pizza here is delicious, and so long as I am picking up, I think they?re great!However, I?ve been burned by the delivery system more than once and I?m definitely wary. Read more
Came here for dinner while staying the night in Rapid City. We got the Hot Link, White Top, BBQ CHKN, as well as Caesar Salad... and Mozzarella and Tomato Salad. We really loved the thin crust pizzas, and the option to add more toppings to the Signaturepizzas. There were 5 of us and 4 pizzas plus the salads was enough to feed us very well. We liked the wide variety of drinkoptions. They have tap and bottled beers, fountain beverages, and non-carbonated lemonades and fruit juices. My favorite wasdefinitely the White Top! Read more
The crust is absolutely delicious, which is one aspect of pizza that many competitors fall short. The cheesy bread with garlic... pesto drizzle will linger within your taste buds for hours. Fresh ingredients make for a truly memorable family pizzaexperience, as each topping offers a whole new level of flavor. The thin, yet crispy crust, holds everything in place andbolsters the overall flavor potential. A really great pizza option for the price.
