I love some good roast beef and the new crinkle fries are really good . Staff is always upbeat and friendly. The only problem I... have with going to Arby's is their lobby is only open hit or miss. Two of the three in rapid city don't have their lobby open atall. With Mt Rushmore road, if you can get in, the tables and floor may not be the cleanest unless it's right after they open . Read more
I really like how the wrap was fresh and not stale. It seems like the quality is top notch at this location. The lady behind the... intercom spoke clearly and with an exuberance that blew me away. The regular roast beef was consistent with the company?s highstandard. Culver?s better watch out because this Arby?s is making a comeback! Read more
Visiting from out of state for the Sturgis rally and wanted a quick bite! Was not worth the drive through wait nor the $30.... Apparently marinara doesn?t come with Mozzarella sticks.. both sandwiches ordered were dry with no flavor maybe a dime sizesquirt of cheese and sauce. (Except my squirt was on the bun) Easy fix right?? Get some extra Arby?s sauce!!! NOT!! Your allout on one of the busiest Month of the entire year!!!! We're sure they were short-staffed, just like others. It took a while for our food to be ready, then they were missing part of... our order. Went back in, in hopes to get it quick, only to wait some more, while they helped 2 more customers. Read more
Had lunch here, staff was friendly. Looks like they are remodeling. Covid guidelines look like they are being followed. A few of... the tables didn't get wiped off in the half hour I was here.
