Went through the drive thru.. placed our order. We received barely half of what we ordered. Had to drive back after calling the... store to get our initial order. Manager spoke to us with attitude and rolled her eyes like we were lying. Now our food is coldand basically worthless. I will never go here again. Read more

I guess the naturally selected cretins the lazy and cheap owner elects to fill this franchise with kind of did me a favor. Fast... food has been inedible for the better part of 20 years now, but in these contemporary days it's now unsafe and just plain gross.Arby's used to have SOME semblance of respectability, but no more. This particular store is downright dangerous with thefelonious staff that make up this location. You couldn't pay me to eat there anymore, because the absolute worst sub-humans inRapid City would be both preparing and serving me something I'm supposed to ingest. You may as well save your $$ and eat out ofa dumpster for free. Read more

Crisp curly fries, hot fish, and ice cold beverage. GREAT marketing campaign. My suggestion; stick to meat and leave the fish... to others. Too bad I went at lunchtime, longer line than I like. No indoor dining as of 29 Jul 2022. Great staff, my order wasbrought out and it was correct. Read more

Drive through forgot an item on my order. I called to see if they could run it out to me because I have a child in the car and... had already been waiting for a long time in line. The lobby is closed, I offered to bring my receipt to the door and give themall of the numbers. They refused and made me get back into the even longer line without an apology or anything. I understand thestaff shortages but work in customer service and that?s not cool. When I got to the window to talk to a manager I was informedthat he was the manager. Read more

I ordered light ice on my drink and it wasn't even filled up. I got the French dip and they hardly filled up on any sauce for... the dip. A bit disappointed but the dip was good. Just wish they would fill up on everything else like they do with thesandwiches..... Read more
