I gave this place a one star because I went in the morning and got charged for a large coffee when I ordered a medium, they gave... me the wrong coffee, AND they gave me the wrong donut. I?m extremely disappointed in the morning crew as I normally go in theafternoon. If this was based on the afternoon crew it would be 5 star. The best worker (Justin) always makes sure I havewhatever I need and gives me the most kindness I?d ever need. Walking out of there in the afternoons always puts a smile on myface. Never disappoints except today...who likes coffee grounds in their coffee?
Ordered two milkshakes. Employee told me to drive around back at the first door and they would bring it out. 15 minutes later... nobody still came out. Apparently they stop serving ice cream after 7 on weekends but still allow you to order it through the app and door dash even... though they do not close until 9pm. They also claimed their frozen drink machine is broken which I heard them tell someone else.I don?t believe that either. I think the employees make those decision because it?s less they have to clean up later and theycan leave as soon as they close at 9. We went here a little before noon today. The girl at the window was extremely impatient, rude, and nasty. Management should... consider sticking her in the back or retraining her to understand what quality customer service is because she CLEARLY lacks inthis area. I'm of the mindset that I don't have to take your attitude and give you my money, especially when it comes torecreational activities and trips. Dunkin Donuts is a treat not a necessity; and to come there and deal with someone as nasty asthat girl is, will cost the business money eventually. I tried something new today and got the chicken, bacon, and cheese croissant! Although the bacon didn?t seem too cooked it was... still very good! The iced coffee was perfect just the way I ordered it and when I got to the store I only waited for a min ortwo for my to go order to be ready!
