I love Baskin Robbins in general. But this location is no good. Out of the last two times we have made the drive to get our... favorite ice cream treat (World Class Chocolate) we have been very disappointed. The first time we went in on a Monday nightaround 5:45 pm they said they aren?t serving ice cream because it was all in the back freezer which meant it was ?too hard??.Feel like we got lied to there. The second time we came, they were out of world class chocolate and there was one in the backthat again, was ?too hard? to serve. Very disappointed at this location. It is managed very poorly. Not the first time I?ve had a bad experience with this place, always extremely rude and we all understand the staff shortage so... we are trying here too. However when you call in regards to not having the basic ice cream and I ask a questions the person onthe phone snaps at me saying uh no. I get it you wanna go home however the store doesn?t close for another two hours. So pleasewhen I ask what ice cream you have don?t say none. If I could give 0 I would. Took 20 min for help. The 3 employees completely ignored in store customers only took care of drive... through. Paid for icecream cake online. They never had it ready. Order was never completed. Had to wait 1 hour for caketo be made. Terrible service. Read more
