I go to the Randolph Subway. Great young people that works there. Always polite and courteous.
For the prices they've become too cheap on toppings
Because of my job I sometimes drive to Randolph, Ohio twice a day from Canton. I stopped at this Subway because it's impossible... to find public restrooms in this town. Even the gas station doesn't offer any facilities. The Subway was very clean, but Ididn't give 5 stars because on my way out an employee told me that the restroom was for customers only. The moment feltextremely awkward and I apologized and explained that I had traveled quite a way and that the lady at the gas station saidSubway had the only restroom. I think the employee could have skipped chastising me as I was leaving; otherwise I'd have given5 stars for at least having a restroom in an otherwise no public restroom town. Read more
Fast service and friendly although they where out of some cheeses and had only little bit of bacon left course they where busy... so probably not thier fault Read more
Rip off! This is the second time I have placed an online order and my bank account was charged for the food and when I went to... pick my order the staff told me that my card was never charged and that in order to get the food I would need to pay for itagain. Both times I have showed them that the money was taken from my account and was still told that I needed to pay for thefood again. I have been told that my money would be refunded, which never happened. Read more
My ex and I meet at this subway to swap our son so we frequent often, every single time I?ve been here but once the staff has... been incredibly rude, even turning us away because they were close to closing time. This last time I ordered, I accidentallyordered two of the same sandwich online and when I called the lady rudely yelled that I was speaking too fast and needed to holdon, then she quickly said sorry now go ahead. Then I told her the issue and her response was ?well I?m sorry but it?s alreadypaid for and ordered. I suppose I could void it out but..? and I said never mind I?ll just take the extra sub because she wasjust being so rude I didn?t want to further the conversation. On top of the rude behavior, they didn?t even heat the meat uplike they are supposed to do, so I had disgusting cold teriyaki chicken. The food is always fresh. I like the fact that all of the food is right there where you can watch them make it. Not only is... the food always fresh but it is put together nicely The sandwiches are never messy. I like that it is healthy but also tastesgood. I prefer Subway over fast food. Read more
