New management just took over about 60 days ago.They went from ok to horrible. I ask for a bacon egg and cheese bagel with the... bacon burnt. I emphasized that the bacon needed to be burnt. They gave me my order and the bacon was barely cooked. I gave itback and asked them to please burn the bacon as I asked for it. They took it back and returned it just slightly cooked. Neverapologized about the first error and did not correct the issue. They lost a customer. If you do not focus on your customers youwill be out of business shortly. Read more
ive been eating for 4 years now unforentley this was my last time coming by. i work near by so its been my go to. this place was... recently taken over by a new owner and crew. this place has completely gone down hill im all for giving a second chance but ivegiven them to many now. constanly messing up orders simple orders needles to say. example taylor ham and cheese sale peppercatch up no cheese no egg and abusb amount of pepper, turkey american cheese bacon lettice onion salt pepper only 2 pieces ofbacon on long roll no salt no pepper. grilled cheese tommato bacon i recieved only bread and cheese. the quailty of food hasdropped the chicken is rubbery and bland which ruins most of there food. i miss the old owner sam and the lady running the showviki there food was great if there was a mistake the opligized fixed it and threw something extra in the bag. unfornetly theylost another customer today and its sad to say cuz this place was great but not anymore Read more

Unbelievable..My 1st time stoping there yesterday I order a soup to go.once I got home which I don't leave to far .just 3... minutes away my soup got all exploded & wet inside the bag which I was able to save my sandwiche..so I stop by today again toorder than she said it was not help mistake??? I said let me speak to a manager she said no I am the owner can you believe shedidn't apologize she just go is.no her problem I was so disappointed I even tip than more ..PLEASE BE AWARE THIS PLACE IS RACESOR THINK they are more than us...Do not go there Read more
