Ordered 2 beef patties with coco bread..one was soooo hot from microwave that by time it cooled enough to eat it,was tough and... dried out.The other beef pattie was served on cold coco bread. Been a customer of Flames for 15+years..its sad to see qualityof food taking a hit. Read more

As everyone knows times right now are hard. For me being VEGAN it's very much harder to eat out. This past Saturday I came to... get food. I asked for a meat, rice & veggies but to please put the meat in a separate container/ plastic w.e. In order for themto do that I would have had to pay $27 just for the meat and $20 for the rice & veggies. That is CRAZY and totally insane. Theplastic container alone is about .80 cents a piece at the most. Also just take a look at picture of there display case. God onlyknows how long that cake has been there for. Love the oxtails, stewed steak and stewed chicken! Randolph Flames has great service and they do not run out of food as fast as... the other locations, sometimes I lose a little patience with the line and the time it takes to ring someone up..but definitelyworth a try. Read more

Nice place. The food is good. I need them to find better containers for large orders. I bought the large rice and peas with... curried goat and the container leaked. The gravy was everywhere outside the box. Real mess by the time I got home a few minuteslater. Read more
