Ordered 2 beef patties with coco bread..one was soooo hot from microwave that by time it cooled enough to eat it,was tough and... dried out.The other beef pattie was served on cold coco bread. Been a customer of Flames for 15+years..its sad to see qualityof food taking a hit. Read more
You walk in flames and you just feel the negative vibes and attitude from the workers. I live in Randolph and drive to Matt Alan... due to the rudeness of the front staff. As everyone knows times right now are hard. For me being VEGAN it's very much harder to eat out. This past Saturday I came to... get food. I asked for a meat, rice & veggies but to please put the meat in a separate container/ plastic w.e. In order for themto do that I would have had to pay $27 just for the meat and $20 for the rice & veggies. That is CRAZY and totally insane. Theplastic container alone is about .80 cents a piece at the most. Also just take a look at picture of there display case. God onlyknows how long that cake has been there for. I love Flames and have been eating from there since I have been little but I feelthat they need to better in regards to there service. Read more
