Ordered delivery at 9:25. At 10:30 I got a message on the app saying order was taking longer than expected. When I checked the... app tracker it said order was cancelled. Nobody called or anything. Website says delivery till 11:00. Also I normally orderextra garlic dipping sauce. When it arrives I only get the extras I ordered and not the 1 that is supposed to come with itanyway. Randleman store service has gotten worse. I don't think ordering a pizza delivery at 9:30 or expecting a phone call isto much to ask for. Plus having to pay a 5.00 delivery fee plus a driver tip. Our pizzas were all bread. There was little if any sauce. It was not discernible. There was 2.5? of crust left around the... edge. We paid extra for toppings which were almost nonexistent. What few toppings there were appeared dumped only in themiddle. Never have I seen or had such an excuse for a pizza. Big disappointment and rip off. Papa would be ashamed of thisfranchise operating in his name, I?m sure. It certainly was not up to par with other Papa Johns pizzas in other locations inNC. Read more
I would give 0 stars if possible. After years of being a loyal customer. No communication when they couldnt deliver due to... driver shortage. Then had the nerve to offer removing the delivery fee if i come pick up. The manager Robert had 0 customerservice skills. I literally drove to another restaurant within eye sight of papa johns to get my dinner. Read more
Order took over an hour and a half to arrive. When we called they said sorry and something about not having drivers. All items... were cold and hard. Also order was incorrect. Didn?t bother calling back. We were starving and it was 7:30 by the time we couldeat. Will never order from here again. Will do Dominos from now on. Read more
A couple of times they have delivered the wrong order to me. My order is usually hot, the one good thing with them so far. The... last time I ordered there the pizza delivery guy lied and said he waited a long time before leaving, but didn't. I called thepizza place because my order said delivered online but wasn't delivered. They put me on hold for a long time, I had to call backseveral times, one of the times I called I said don't put me on hold and he didn't say anything just put me on hold. The managerwas nice and re made my order that I had to go pick up. When I walked into papa johns I did not receive a greeting and had tojust stand there for a few minutes before being acknowledged.
