This was our fourth visit, our first visit exceeded our expectation the food quality and quantity was great, the wait staff was... above par. Our second visit was equal to the first. Our third visit our server took our order, our food was brought out bykitchen staff, never saw our server again not even to get our bill, told the cashier like water off a ducks back.Our fourth andmuch to our regret our last was met with a long wait for anyone to come take our order, which after a prolonged wait was broughtout by kitchen staff and the order was all wrong. Order was fixed, finally flagged a server down to get bill, tried to conveyour disappointment to the cashier who made it obvious that she could care less. We had high hopes for a local restaurant withgood food and reasonable prices to be successful, but if they continue to permit indifferent customer service they will go theway of the occupant. Our first experience at Olympia was a Great One. Our food was Really Good. The prices were Reasonable. The waitstaff was... friendly and professional. Denise was Attentive and did a Great Job serving our table. We will Definitely be going back. It'sgoing to be our new breakfast place. Food was good and service was good. Was there a long wait? ?Absolutely but they?re doing the best they can considering all of... Randleman is flocking here!!! It?s new, exciting and finally open after months of anticipation so of course there is going to bea wait. You can?t blame them for that. We will be back. Everything we ordered was good. Visited the Olympia Family Restaurant yesterday like we do every Friday and unfortunately the food just didn't hit the mark this... time.. Flounder was over cooked, Mac&Cheese was way over baked. Mentioned it to the waitress, I was told "sorry about that" andshe walked away.. not one time was I asked if they could fix it or if I would like something else. I will say the side ofpeaches were great, thank you. I'll admit this restaurant is normally perfect in many of ways. Unfortunately the food andservice just didn't do it this time. Read more
