As soon as i walked thru the door i was greated by the nice lady at the counter. I advised i was going to sit at the bar so... that's where i went. Sat down and waited and waited and waited. Place was completely empty so i was confused as to why there wasno workers around. Some guy eventually walks by and ask if im waiting for a bartender..um yeah thats why im sitting at the bar. More time goes by at this point i decided to just do take out. As i was about to place my order with the lady up front, herecomes the bartender from outside some where. I was totally over the long wait and just ordered 4 blue crabs with boom sauce fortakeout. Sauce was good however 2 out of the 4 crabs were bad. They smelled horrible and were slimy inside. So I basically paid$18 for 2 crabs. I expect something like this to happen in Philly not in MD. I recommend the boom sauce but not the blue crabs. Read more
The food was pretty good but the service was horrible. We waited for 20 minutes before someone actually acknowledged that we... were waiting for a seat. Not to mention, we had to keep waving the waitress down for assistance. On top of that they had thenerve to put the gratuity on our bill themselves for 2 people. This was literally one of the worst experiences I have ever encountered and I did not even eat! My boyfriend and I walked in and... sat at the bar. I noticed there was 1 couple and 1 other lady already sitting at the bar. As we are waiting to be greeted Inoticed another lady sitting at the opposite side of the bar (it was the bartender). As she approaches she looked angry and asif she did not want to be there. She walks up and says nothing! My boyfriend say “how are you today”, she says nothing! So Ijust assumed she didn’t hear him so I asked the same question! She rolls her eyes and says “fine” the response was finebut how she said it. It was so rude and made me so uncomfortable that I just got up and walked out! I could not spend my moneyin a place where an employee would be so rude to a guest! I am a bartender at a well known restaurant and my boss would havesent me home on the spot for treating a paying guest that way! I order from this establishment often and will no longer spend adime to be treated this way! Always love stopping in here for great drinks and food the quality of the food is excellent and the drinks are great the... bartenders are always friendly and very professional I have always been treated like a friend as opposed to just being acustomer they have great personalities and the prices are not bad at all either I would definitely recommend stopping in andtrying out some great food and drinks if you have not already done so a few things I recommend is the steamed oysters, thecatfish basket and the shrimp basket and let not forget the seafood boils they have all are amazing Read more
I did enjoy some of my food from the Crafty Crab. This was my first time visiting this chain and I loved all the cheesy decor.... We went on a Friday in the middle of the day so it wasn’t crowded at all. We got the mild buttery garlic crab legs seafoodboil & 4 crabs on the side. I got the key lime pie for dessert. The mild buttery garlic sauce, corn, shrimp & sausage werespectacular; the potatoes were good, & the crabs were just okay. The key lime pie was okay too ; no added garnish or whippedcream ; I would skip their desserts personally. They were very small. Our server was also a bit absent minded ; she forgot togive us a pail, bibs, wipes & gloves, thankfully we had some wipes of our own. Overall I don’t think I would visit again, Imight do takeout and just get a pound of shrimp with corn and sausage. It was clean and the location here in Randallstown isnice. I would recommend skipping their crab legs or crabs. Read more

I ordered the half Snow Crab Legs and half Headless Shrimp Seafood Boil. You won't be disappointed as the amount of food is... comparable for the price! The corn and potatoes are great sides to the main chosen entree. Very tasty!! The atmosphere was nicewith football games on the giant screen and monitors throughout the restaurant/bar. Too bad the Ravens were not playing. This isa nice place to enjoy a meal with friends/family with a great sports bar vibe. Enjoy!!! Read more
