The best sandwiches!!! Would be five stars. However, this place needs help. Saturday at 1245pm, line is out the door. One lady... waiting on some gigantic online order (Im guessing). Another working on a catering box, leaving ONE employee to make guestorders in-store. We waited at least 30 minutes before we even ordered. Thanks to the employees for hanging in there. Today was the worst experience I?ve ever had at togos and I am also a frequent customer. There?s one lady there who is always... there who I believe is a manager. I asked multiple times if they could make more tea and she refused and said they were to busyand didn?t have time and that the other two employees don?t know how to make it. One new girl who made our sandwiches finallyproceeded to make the tea after being told how to do it and it took literally one minute for her to put the tea bag in the teamaker then she went back to making sandwiches and the tea took two minutes to finish. Then on top of that the girl who made oursandwiches had her fingernails ripped through the gloves touching everything with them. She then forgot to put one of oursandwiches in the bag and unfortunately we didn?t notice till we got home and had to go all the way back. When we got back totogos we told them they forgot one of our sandwiches and it had been sitting on the counter for about 30 minutes at least bythen. (We also do not live that close). The girl who made our sandwiches was then going to make us a new one and the managerlady told her no and to give us the soggy sandwich that was sitting on the counter and we did not get any apologies or anythingfor the inconvenience either. I?m not sure how this place has such high reviews. 9 times out of 10 they get our order wrong and we don?t figure it out until... we get home. I completely understand sometimes there is human error but this place never seems to get it right. One time theygave us bread with a few pieces of chicken and little sauce and that was it, no veggies that we asked for and no cheese. And forsome reason they can?t tell the different between the BBQ chicken wrap and the bacon ranch wrap and I don?t know how they ringus up for the correct item but can?t make the correct item. For the price of the food I would hope it would be correct moreoften but with this location that?s not the case. Read more

Came in today to get a couple of sandwiches. They didn't have any white bread, salami, olives or bacon. No soup either. That's... all we know of because they were ingredients for the sandwiches we wanted. The produce refrigerator is virtually empty too. Thecookies are hard as a rock. One entire station was closed off as well. The worker said they hadn't gotten a delivery. How do younot receive a delivery of the products you sell?? The veggies and meats are the entire business. Ordering beforehand is a waste of time. I order 3-4 sandwiches a week for my work. The food is always great. The employees are... nice. I'm just always a bit annoyed since I arrive 5 minutes after they say my order will be ready, yet my food is never made.It almost seems like policy for them to not start making a order until you walk into the door and ask for your food. They alwaysapologize (which is nice) and even offer a free soft drink but it's become something to expect. The thing that riles me up is Iwatch 3-4 customers walk in after me and walk out with there food before me, even though I placed my order 30 minutes prior. Read more

Love this local chain sandwich shop. Its true that compared to Subway, Togos really does bring the meats n cheese. You pay a... slightly higher price, but its a more satisfying sandwich, IMHO. The staff at this shop has often been very kind and polite,helpful with selections too. Standard all you can drink soda bar, Pepsi products I believe, 90% certain on that. I tiny bit onthe small side for seating but there are a couple outside tables n chairs for overflow or if you like fresh air with your meal. Read more
