This meal was incredible! I am ususally unable to finish a bowl of pho due to the volume of the dish (for me it's very filling)... but this meal stood no chance! I was out in RSM on an errand and came across Pho O-Oh Tasty. From when I walked in Cece was very welcoming. The whole place... was actually welcoming. Once my party arrived we ordered the shrimp spring rolls, the pho house special, stir fried beef w/lemongrass, & yang chow fried rice. Tony, Cece's husband is an Awesome Chef. We thought the food was Amazing. The flavor wason point. Both Cece and Tony are Wonderful people. I am happy they brought their talent to share with RSM. Definitely willbe returning for the Pho O-Oh Tasty dishes again. Regardless of the out of county drive. Thank you Cece and Tony. You guysare an Awesome Power couple. Tried Pho O-Oh Tasty last night and was happily surprised :-) We both got the small filet mignon pho (p16) with the BBQ Pork... Spring Roll Appetizer (A5). Both were delicious! The pho impressed us with lots of depth of flavor. Our waitress, who we thinkmight have been the owner was so cute and helpful despite the obvious language barrier. What a great experience! One BIGproblem however is the communal, non-individually wrapped chop sticks and forks which are left table-side for kids and guests topaw all over, breathe on, etc. No bueno! They really NEED to fix this issue right away! That said, we love the food, theservice was good even though they were packed (the staff which seemed to be all family, rushed around doing their absolute bestto keep up!) we will be back...maybe with our own chopsticks next time :-) Read more

Came here during lunch time and we did really enjoy their food. We ordered the Flat rice noodle beef stir fry, the brisket Phó... and the pork egg rolls. The food was flavorful and fresh. The stir fry was saucy and beef was tender. The only thing I did notlike was that they only serve 3 egg rolls in one order. Service was good also. They are very friendly. Read more
