Better Italian sub then any Italian deli I?ve been to!

This has to be the worst Jersey mikes I?ve ever gone to since before the Santa Monica one changed management. This place has the... worst customer service. I could tell from when my family and I drove up around 8pm that they were not pleased to see us come in.Also the first time we went it was 8:30 pm and they told us they closed the grill even though they don't even close till 9pm. Onthis trip I told them multiple times please no peppers on my sandwhich and I ended up with a bunch of peppers and mushroomswhich do not even go on the sun I chose. Someone needs to get this place in gear or I won?t be going to that place anymore. Read more

Update: They always put mustard on the wrong sandwich. Each time now, I have to drive all the way back to have it remade as they... drench it with mustard and my sandwich does not even come with mustard on it. Then the sandwich we do ask for yellowmustard...gets none. Boogles my mind. Puts mustard on the wrong sandwich and forgets to put mustard on the one which werequested. With gas prices now and having to drive back, just sucks and unfortunately, we won't be going back to this location.Pay attention to your orders and make them correctly. Please! Overall a good Jersey Mike?s, but one of the supervisors was completely rude, I told him what he did wrong to my sandwich but he... just walked away. It?s a new location and they are all learning but the managers should be more professional and not jump inwhen nothing is wrong in the first place. My sandwich was perfectly fine and he decided to add more condiments without asking me(now I?m left with a super soggy sandwich; I?m on a short lunch break and didn?t have time to get a new one). I am so excited this Jersey Mike?s opened in RSM! The layout and theme of the restaurant is so fresh and modern, not to mention... great staff to go with it!
