My family loves crumbl cookies. The RSM location is always nice and clean. All the cookies taste amazing. We love trying all the... new flavors. The strawberry shortcake and raspberry cheesecake have just become our new favorites! Read more
The cookies are wonderful but the service not so much. I placed an order on the app and clicked I?m here for curbside delivery.... I waited 10 minutes. No other curbside customers and a couple walk in customers. I finally walked in to pick up and there wereno customers inside and 4 employees working on production and 1 person I guess filling orders. Very sad to see customer serviceis lost in this day and age. Read more
Excellent friendly service, clean shop, efficient online purchasing process, & of course, the delicious cookies! We go almost... every week! All of their various Lemon cookies are my absolute favorites, while my daughter loves their double chocolaterecipes! Again, superb! Love the cookies, always delicious. Still my favorite cookies are the chocolate cookies and the salted caramel... cookies (No icing.) Staff is super helpful always. Very friendly. They added 4 self service paying stations, you can make yourorder on one of those four tablets and paying too. Wait a few minutes and they'll call your name when your order is ready. Loveit!!
