Very sanitary,Very friendly service,the food was fantastic and well portioned..
Not only did they run out of meat but my food was cold as ice when it arrived.
Cheap owners. i ordered bacon on both burgers and no bacon plus the beef patties shrunk down to size
They have some nice burgers, the size Large for a combo is way too big. There are two tables that you can sit outside. Maybe... more tables outside could be great. Read more
Customer service was great. Cashier was a hispanic guy who was very helpful. I'm giving 2 stars because meals were poor in... taste. Bread was soggy. Fries were cold and made our stomachs sick. Jack in the box are one of my favorites places to eat. Butnow I will think twice before having anything from here. Read more
22 minutes to get our order at 9am. The manager was more concerned about her drive thru numbers to help the guy struggling in... the lobby to take care of the front guests. She even scolded him for touching drive thrus food instead of managing therestaurant. She worried about her job and what she was doing. Completely unaccountable for her actions and just argued over theissues going on. Felt bad for the guy who hadn't even ordered that was standing there for 10 minutes watching this go down. Lackof training. Lady is absolutely on a power trip and is rude to her other employees...the young white kid. Complained about thewait after 12 minutes and watching drive thru function properly. Took another 10 minutes to get 2 meals, mini pancakes and asausage croissant. Read more
For the most part of this past years I have never had a big problem eating food from Jack like this one it's the worst Hashbrown... I have ever had it feels like its been sitting all day in the fryer I was only able to eat halfway but after that it wasimpossible to eat! Read more
