Reviews for WYLD in Rancho Mirage, CA
Such a great memorable experience! The food, the service was 5 stars.
Enjoyed dinner with friends. Pros: Attentive service. Beautiful modern ambiance with one of the best views of Coachella Valley.... Friendly management. Helpful staff. Best bone in ribeye I have ever eaten. I ordered it medium rare and it cut like a filet.Brussels sprouts commanded a spectrum of flavors. Smashed potatoes were seasoned beautifully. Cons: A bit noisy where our partywas sitting. The apple dessert did not satisfy as a cold dish. Read more

Great ambiance and great view looking into the valley with the mountains in the background. We had an event held here so the... food was served more family style. The food had great flavor, however I felt the chicken and the steak were both over cooked. Ilike my steak more medium to medium rare they cooked them all well done and the chicken was dry. The wines they served wereamazing and paired great with the food. Read more
We dined here on Christmas Eve and I cannot leave a more glowing review. The view, the food, the service, were some of the best.... My husband and I ordered the Pork Belly and Charred Octopus for appetizers. Both were equally delicious, full of flavors, wellcooked, and beautiful presentation. For dinner we split the Australian Tomahawk Rib-eye Chop and Wedge Salad. All 32 oz of meatwas devoured and the salad was a nice addition. The cocktail/wine selection was great and both servers very warm andattentive. Our holiday evening was certainly well spent, as was our money! We can't wait to return and highly recommend this toour friends and family. Read more
Nice property here at the Ritz, great view, decent food, hospitable service. Initial approach to restaurant is fun, valet are... very personable and the resort has a very exclusive feel. You’ll be greeted by multiple employees from valet to front desk. It’s a nice feeling. Upon being seated our server Brian was a very nice guy. He was mature, seemed very enthusiastic about theWagyu, and said nice things about the restaurant I work for which I appreciate. I noticed he wasn’t a polished server based ona couple things; mainly awkward brigade service of sides, and wine bottle issues. I do get annoyed to see people sweep crumbsoff a table. I’d suggest the manager get the servers a wider crummer and do a course for the whole staff on how to scoopcrumbs/do brigade service from the hip. This is a weird market to hire restaurant workers in. You might have a server from afine dining steakhouse that has been head trainer for 15 years still not know how to open a wine bottle. It’s definitely hitand miss, not many with Michelin starred experience Read more
