Go here a lot for my lunch break. They are always pretty good except this past Sunday . The girl threw on cold chicken pieces on... top of my salad I ordered didn?t even bother to ask if I wanted them warmed . It was really gross and she had a horribleattitude. Placed an online order last month. Was very specific about what could and couldn't be on the subs and wh!t type of bread as we... have allergies to certitems. Picked them up and got them home only to find the subs completely wrong. Called and no answernumerous times. When we did get someone they were rude and hung up on us. The manager sent me a dorm apology but no response tomy issue. Contacted corporate about issue and received another form Apolo from manager but no resolution to the real issue. Stayaway from this place. Read more

HORRIBLE SERVICE. Went in to get my food tonight and the lady ? manager Cynthia? couldn?t understand that my name was Heather... and not Evan or Eric. Finally the guy working said my order was right there ready to go. I take it, get all the way home and twoout of the 3 sandwiches are WRONG. I don?t mean a little wrong but way WRONG. I tried calling twice and no one answered so Idrove all the way back. I get there I told them that I just picked up the order and it was wrong. I took out both sandwiches andthey only offered to fix one because the other one was right off the recipe. I tried to explain to the manager that I understandwhat it says but I physically ordered it and I know what I ordered online and the website had set the sandwich back to itsfactory setting. They refused to make me another one and told me I was going to have to pay another $10 for a new one. The?manager? was so rude I had to tell her I didn?t want to deal with her any more she said ?fine you deal with him? meaning theother worker. I started talking to the guy and as I?m standing there she?s at the register pounding on the key board like shewanted to say something. I wish she would of. Read more

My wife loves Subway salad. I thought it was okay. We went twice. The first time I had oil and vinegar add my dressing and... I couldn't taste anything. The second time I had vinegarette dressing and couldnt taste anything. My wife said they don'tdrown their salad in dressing. Maybe I need to find the right dressing. That being said the salad was refreshing on a hotday. Read more
