As In n Out?s go, this is absolutely one of the better ones! This is one of the newer locations in the desert, so the building... is very clean and well-maintained. The service is excellent. The employees are respectful and helpful, and the condiment sectionis always filled. The burgers are grilles to the right level and seasoned well enough. And the fries are excellent, too.Overall, a very classic in n out experience. You will not regret your decision to dine here, and will love the food like youalways do at In n Out! Read more

In-N-Out has to be, by far, my top favorite fast-food burger chain in all of North America. It's always a treat being able to... have an In-N-Out burger while on vacation. After eating 3 double doubles I was sick.... just kidding. I need to return to see if I can catch them actioning like some of... the other reviews say but this visit was decent. Admittedly not good but not bad either, hence the 3 stars. This shopping centeris poorly designed but don't blame in n out for that, they're doing a darned good j9b for what they have to work with. For thefood, the burger was slightly more salty than any other in n out burger I'd ever had. This was the first time I've experiencedinconsistency. Other than that, it was good. I ordered the fries well done. The wait was longer than usual too. Ita a uniquelocation in n out so maybe bare with some of the bad parts if you can't drive to 1000 palms or la quinta. I really wanted to love this place. I really did. This pains me so much to have to write a scathing review. JUST AWFUL. Waited ... in the drive thru for 30 minutes just to get this slop? The fries were cold, WAY undercooked and a soggy mess. The Double Doublewas absolutely atrocious. Onions.. oh wait.. what onions? The top bun looked like it had been gnawed from some animal and wasCOLD. I tossed everything in the garbage. Photos prove that. First time trying In & Out because of the hype? What hype. Always give us the best service . Delicious burgers at a decent price . Last time I went I dine in and someone took out burgers.... :/ we were pretty hungry at the time luckily we enjoy the fries while they made our burgers again.
