Shocked as I haven't been in an IHOP in 10 years but wanted breakfast and it was convenient. Fantastic service, food... excellent. Will definitely be going back. Blueberry French toast a 10+. To put it mildly there is no wait! I was startled at the price here now well over 10 and talking 12 to 16 bucks they either have... them Burger and onion rings or one of those cool breakfasts we all remember. Yet alas, no more. Visited this IHOP for breakfast entrees. Waitress was very friendly and attentive while our family dined. Ordered breakfast and... lunch entrees. All well prepared, and delicious. Parking lot not crowded, so easily found a space. Was able to enjoy a nicemeal, and visit with our family while we dined. Will visit again. Read more

Although IHOP has some of the best pancakes anywhere, they have great other selections! One of my favorites for breakfast is the... garden omelet...huge and delicious. The serving staff at Rancho Mirage is super friendly and the coffee...wow! Read more
Been here a few times recently and the foods always pretty decent but I always ate outside. Came here about 6pm recently and ate... inside. Place needs a bit of TLC. Ceiling has a lot of dust and stains on the tiles, mens restroom has tons of graffiti etchedin all over the place. Were barely any customers there and it took almost 10 minutes to be seated. Stop seating differentgroups right next to eachother when you have plenty of clean empty tables. Not sure if its an Ihop policy or something but hashappened at other ihops too where when its slow and they have plenty of tables, they want to seat every group right next to eachother. Stop doing that. People generally don't want to sit right next to another group of strangers while they eat in this dayand age, especially after covid. If you have space, spread em out. Now that I think about it about 3 years ago I ate inside hereone evening and they had plenty of tables, they tried to sit us right next to another group that was already there. Please stop.I genuinely don't know one person that would prefer to sit next to a bunch of strangers while they ate instead of having theirown little area. Read more
