This location in particular has the best and juiciest meat. We both ordered a combination of 3. It was far too much food for 2... people, as the portions are generous, but gave us a chance to try a little of everything. I really enjoyed the ambiance of thevenue. Was excited to try this place for the first time, very disappointing. Ordered chicken online but when I arrived they were "sold... out" of chicken. Huh? at 5:15pm in the evening? The portions are not at all impressive, especially the sides, only 3 bites ofcoleslaw. Overall the food was below average. Probably not going back. Read more

I'm done. I had a HORRIBLE time ordering from this shop during the pandemic. Order was VERY wrong, and missing items. I had no... way to call the store to get corrections. I had to complain to the corporate office of DIckey's but that didn't help resolve theterrible order (was delivered to my home 10 minutes away.) After a bit of time the franchise owner called me, apologeticallly,refunded what my order and promised to send coupons to " win me back." All I got was platitudes, and no coupons at all. Idecided to give them another try a couple of weeks ago. It was fine. But tried to order today online got me nothing but grief (Iam unable to go pick up due to my stage 4 cancer.) NO PHONE CALLS CAN BE MADE TO THE STORE!!!! NO ORDERING CAN BE MADE ONLINE(all I got was error messages when I tried to pay!!!) I'm deeply regretting giving them a second chance. Apparently thisfranchise is either in deep trouble or VERY VERY poorly managed. I feel like a fool to even giving them a second chance. Notworth it at all. Read more
Speaking to many food delivery drivers I can tell you that most will not accept orders from Dickey's Barbecue. First, the store... is dirty and so are the staff. Black fingernail polish on a member who didn't have gloves on. Dirty shirts (uniforms) are commonplace. When picking up an order you are requested to sign a receipt before you get the order? The order is not properly baggedand ALWAYS has meat stains on the outside of the bag. I literally saw a member walk into a refrigerated cooler, graban an openedcarton of potato salad, picked up a used scoop, and dished out the salad right in front of customers. He had potato salad on hishand, handed the delivery bag and it has potato salad on it. We deliver your food and when items are missing it is not ourfault. Hire better staff. Look at the pictures.
