Amazing pretzels are AMASING if their well salted if not there kinda bad but most of the time their good 4-5

I ordered the hotdogs wrapped with cheese. they were good, not enough cheese. they were dry. I was a bit disappointed.

It?s just normal bread nothing special. Too much oil and no napkins

Frozen pink lemonade was good and the pretzels would've been too if they gave me the cheese I PAID for ????

basing this review only on my first experience at this location... I ordered pretzel bites and usually take them home and eat... them when i get a craving so that?s what i did. without seeing them till i got home i warmed them up later on at night and sawevery single one was burnt at the bottom and some on top too. Like charred black. Other locations over cook a little sometimesbut this one was the worst. It?s annoying to me cuz these are so expensive for a bread item and for me it?s a special treat idon?t get often. And for it to be burnt well i just don?t wanna go to this location anymore. You would think quality isimportant especially in food items and if something is burnt why even sell it?? Also when i got there most of the employees werein like a huddle in the corner talking and just staring in my direction not smiling or greeting us....kinda rude but i stillsmiled at them. All I wanted today was a warm soft pretzel so wretzel pretzel was the place! ;) .I ordered 3 different kinds of pretzels for... myself and family the one I ordered was a plain one with spicy cheese anyhow it was hard as a rock and burnt so I asked for anew one that was also hard and burnt so I told the girl working she said that's how they are and was very rude another gal askedif I would like to wait 6min for a new one I said that would be very nice and thank you as I was waiting the girl Emily who wasrude in the first place was laughing giving dirty looks just being rude that when I asked for her name I wanted to just get mymoney back and go somewhere else honorable experience it put me in a whole other mood I'm a business owner and would never treata client like that or anyone for that matter. A little pricier than the mall but what can you do. The cinnamon bites are $7 but the portion is large enough to share with... family or friends. The slushies and drinks are about $5 each. The line was long because there are only 2 cashiers. Other thanthose issues, pleasant experience. Read more

I bought the cinnamon bits and they came out greasy and with tons of sugar. I've noticed that the employee put the butter and... sugar inside the bag rather than do it in the tray. I told her but she seems not to understand what I was saying. Not thecostumer service that I was expecting. Read more
