When I went, they were out of lettuce and Sweet & Sour Sauce. I ordered BBQ Sauce. They told me to wait for my order in the... parking lot. 20 minutes later they bring it out to me but forget the Frosties. Another 10 minutes and they bring the Frosties.They did not give me ANY BBQ Sauce, (so I did not get any sauce at all) and they didn't give me my receipt either. Even if you go inside they can't get your order right. Also cold, not completely cooked, old fries. You know it' should be.about... customer service when I order a meal that I am spending my money on. I realize that this is a new store but get on the bandwagon and do it right if you expect us to patronize your business. Read more
I always get the $5 Biggie bag. 2 choices for the biggie bags. Double stack or jr. bacon cheeseburger. My choice is the JBC.... Comes with nuggets, a drink, and fries for $5. Can't beat that. Tasty too. Clean restaurant and friendly service! Read more
A very clean eating area and restroom. Polite, enthusiastic, smiling and hard working employees. Although for a fast food... restaurant, the wait time is just too long. Perhaps, this is due to staffing shortages. Read more
Went last night and when I got ready to order in the drive thru, the employee started by saying we needed exact change and they... do not accept Apple Pay. Great way to start, but whatever. I usually review a place on my 3rd visit, this is my 3rd visit. The food has been amazing, until today. Crumbling dried out eggs... and sausage in my burrito. It was weird, the cheese and tortilla were fresh, so the burrito was not sitting under a heat lamptoo long. That means an employee intentionally tried to feed me that trash... Also, are the employees not allowed to say "hi","please", or "thank you"? I was served by 3 different people on my 3 trips to this store and none of them said hi after I saidhi... side note; it's strange that half the menu items have bacon, but you can't get a bacon egg and cheese burrito. Our food was very cold ! Everything ! I was so disappointed with Wendy's! I ask them to reheat our food. The fries came back... better. But our burgers? My wife thru hers away! me I ate maybe 1/2 ! This one I should have asked for a refund! That was a$24.00 disappointment! Read more
