The drive thru is always an unpleasant experience for me, they always forget the napkins. The staff is unskilled and improperly... trained for dealing with minimal customer service. They don't greet you, next they don't say "Thank you" just "See you at thesecond window". On my last visit, they didn't put any napkins in the bag, since the dine in restaurant was closed, I had to walkup to the drive thru window to request napkins that they forgot and didn't even apologize!!! The staff doesn't care at all abouttaking care of their customers!!! Read more
