I loved coming here to this location its clean, and quite. Never had any problems before. We ordered our food and got our drinks... and sat down. We had waited for our food for over 15 minutes. When I told Angie my food was cold she said cause it?s beensitting on the counter the whole time. She gave me an attitude and replied with that?s because it?s been sitting down on thecounter. And she shrugged her shoulders and said oh well. I asked for her manager and said there?s no manager. When I washeading back to my table Angie and her co-workers were talking behind my back. They made my visit feel unpleasant,uncomfortable, and unwelcome. Couldn?t even enjoy my meal. To say the least I even lost my appetite. Read more
It's okay as far as wabas go. Not my favorite location. People are nice but the food is just different.
The location "was" one of the nicest until the past couple of months. The new team in the morning will ignore you until you put... money in "tip cup" .... What is so sad is, they want the tip "before" you place your order. Even when its only take out... theywill take your purchase payment and walk away.... start cleaning tables, or arranging items behind counter.... just make youwait longer for not tipping "before" the food is prepared. So I gave it another try after the horrible experience a few weeks ago and OMG the cashier really hates her job ! The tall... redhead should not be helping clients she is very very rude. Same cashier same horrible attitude. I understand they are shortstaffed but she is horrible ! Read more
Went to this location tonight and got terrible service. Waited for the cashier to finish taking a phone order which she took ... prior to taking our order. After she got off the phone she ignored us and got to work on the phone order. When she finallyacknowledged us it was to tell us she would likely be out of white rice because she just took a large order. I turned todiscuss ordering brown rice with my fiance and she walked off then continued to ignore us. Couldn't make it any clearer shedidn't want to take our order. Rude, rude, rude! Zero stars!
