Our first time to the coffee bean even tho we have lived here for 2 years and it was wonderful. The coffee not to sweet and the... pastries were warmed just right. Thank you to the cashier barista who helped us, she was right-on in helping us with ourchoices! We will be back! Read more
Went here to get a latte and have a nice study session, and it was fine until I needed to use the restroom. Both the restroom... doors were locked with signs saying "ask a barista for a restroom key". So I went back and saw a woman who looked like a managerand asked her if I would be able to get a restroom key. She was talking to some friends or whatever and seemed bothered by myquestion and just said "They're out of order." I saw another couple of customers needing to use the restroom but being told thesame thing. This makes no sense as there were two restrooms, and there's no way both of them are out of order. If even one ofthem was, the manager would've sounded more genuine or at least apologetic. She just seemed annoyed. I sat down and I wasbaffled by this for a good ten minutes wondering what I was suppossed to do. Isn't this place supposed to be somewhere to sitdown and study or meet with people and have a coffee? How are you going to not allow customers to use the restroom? I reallyneeded to use the restroom, so I then asked a barista if there's any way I could use it, but he just said "I'll ask the manager"and came back and told me they're "out of order" and that I could go across the street to K-Towne 88 and use their restroom. Iguess the Coffee Bean manager really hates letting customers use the restroom here. It's such a shame that the drink I had wasdecent but the experience at The Coffee Bean was so egregious that I would never return to, support, or recommend this CoffeeBean. Read more
Absolutely one of my favorite coffee spots in Rancho. The coffee is always so high quality - especially the classic cold brew.... Also really enjoy so many of their cold drinks on the menu. This spot is also well staffed so you can quickly order and get yourcoffee if you are in a hurry. Really nice interior sitting area as well that has a quaint cozy feeling. Read more
Coffee bean is always right on time when you need a quick pick me up. The cookie butter latte is delicious, I substituted the... milk for oat milk which added an extra creamy flavor. Like most coffee houses they offer WiFi if you choose to sit and dohomework or something of the sort. They also have loose leaf tea, tea bags, and coffee beans for at home options. Read more

Keep your cup of ice (you may need it). So I?ve been here a few times because I?m willing to give a place a second chance or... two. That ?cup of ice? was what was left from my tea after a few sips. Believe me I order without ice now. As for why you needto keep the cup? Been here when people in my party try and use the restroom before closing and are told they are closed. What?sunbelievable is the last time I was here they told a group of ladies they were closed and later another woman when her what Iassumed (apologies if this is incorrect) to be disabled son tried to use that they were closed, over an hour and a half prior toclosing !!
