We visited today, 07/30/22, though we have eaten here several times before. The food is always delicious! The service is... perfect. Both the servers and the gentlemen who bring the meat around are very attentive to your needs! The management is alsofantastic and ensures you are well taken care of! For example, today the manager went out of his way to keep us happy and makesure we were consistently served our favorite cuts of meat! Highly recommend!! Been to the Rancho Cucamonga, CA location a few times before. After tonight, NEVER again! Here’s the quickest summary I can... give: Meat servers spilled meat juice and sauce on my husband’s pants twice When brought to the attention of the manager, hesaid he would provide a discount. Okay, cool. Thanks! He said he would take 50% off the kids meal. Great! Receipt came and wepaid. Looking at it now, he ADJUSTED the kids price to FULL adult price and then later took off 50%. Kids prices are alreadysupposed to be half of what adults pay! On top of that, tippers beware! Don’t go by the tipping guideline they have at thebottom of the receipt. We had been here a couple times and always been seated at the dining area. We never had an issue till today that the host give... us a table in front of the bar. After we went to the salad bar we waited for almost 20 minutes and no gaucho came to our table.I brought this up to the managers attention and after that we started to get the gauchos to our table but by the time they willget to our table they will run out of meat. I had read comments about not getting service in the bar area but since in my othervisits I didn't have any problem I took the table. Lesson learned next time I won't take a table at the bar area. The atmosphere is quite mesmerizing. Food is delicious. Merna, our server, was very attentive and made sure we got the best... service. She knows what to suggest from the drinks to the desserts. Her presence was felt throughout and made the diningexperience enjoyable. Read more

Good salad bar and good food for the price. I have to say it exceeded my expectations. The cuts were juicy and cooked to... perfection. The lobster bisque had a pleasant flavor but no bits of lobster, creamy texture. The ambiance and decor is nice butthe outside of the building is not. The wait time was acceptable but you must make a reservation if you don’t want to waitlong. More patrons than chairs outside in the waiting area. Read more
