This is always a fun place to visit while in California. I usually do the all you can eat sushi that runs about $25 a person.... The fish is always fresh. I wish they allowed half orders on the rolls so more variety could be eaten. Also the rolls arelimited, you can't choose from all rolls on the menu. Would be nice if you could choose from all rolls and maybe do half rollsize. What cut down on the cost and waste, I would think. Overall great service clean environment pretty flowers and good food. The materials and service are great. It was a 10 minute wait, and the food came quick. The restaurant was clean, the waitress... nice (albeit a bit rushed). The problem lay in the food. The sushi rice was loose. The rice would often come apart on its own.In one of the dishes, the wrong vinegar was used in the sushi rice, which was disgusting. As any sane person knows, shouldnormal vinegar be used in sushi, it won't be pretty. All in all, the meal was horrid, some parts worse than others. If you'relucky, you will have a satisfying meal when you come here. If you're unlucky, though, I strongly advise against coming to sushimartini. Read more
