I stopped in here for a quick bite. I got the turkey on wheat bread sandwich kid's meal.They let me substitute soda for the... juice and a cookie for the applesauce. The sandwich was delicious and just the right amount of food for my small appetite. Theservice was quick and great. The cookie was fresh. The wheat bread was soft and fresh. They had ONE worker making all the sandwiches and making take out orders for pick up/delivery orders. I don't know what this... young lady's name was but she was a wizard with those sandwiches. I have to acknowledge the respect I had for her customerserver skill based on being alone behind the counter. Brava. Read more

I want to recognize Abdul he was a very friendly young man very well organized,quick and pleasant. He was very clean while doing... his work he understood my order and worked with a good impression. I would recommend him if anybody wants to go get food to lookfor him. I also want to recognize him for his sanitation and following regulations for wearing a mask washing his hands wearinggloves for all the following points that are needed not just because of covid right now but always. I frequent this subway just about every Saturday to pick up lunch and I've gotten excellent service but after going there last... night at about 6:30 I don't think I will ever step foot in there again. Sadly it is walking distance from my house which makesit extremely convenient to pick up lunch or dinner. I want to point out that I don't fault the young man who was named Abdul forall of the poor service. I asked for 3 sandwiches. They only had one piece of oven roasted chicken so I had to order anotherchicken I didn't like. I also ordered a tuna sandwich but there was literally bottom of the barrel scrapings left in which Abdulsmeared on my sandwich as if it was mustard or some other condiment. My guess was that he was trying to preserve whatever wasleft. There was barely any lettuce left among numerous other items. In Abdul's defense he was by himself in the middle of adinner rush with about 5 people in line each ordering 2-3 sandwiches a piece. As I came to the register I witnessed an elderlyHispanic woman come out of the back talking on her cell phone and then did something on the register but offered no help to poorAbdul. Maybe the woman was on a break? Not sure? Nonetheless I've witnessed this elderly woman be very bossy and somewhat rudeto new employees in training as I've frequented the establishment just about every Saturday. I finf it ironic that she did notlift a hand to help Abdul last night. She seems to be very adept at barking out orders on the Saturday's I've witnessed but doesvery little to help. The worst part is that I don't believe she is a manager. As I said it's a shame I won't be back. Staff was cool, place was dirty. Tables all had crumbs, and the floor is filthy. Looks like it hasn't been swept or mopped in... days... I could understand if they were busy and didn't have time to clean but there's 3 people working here and no customers.Perfect time to clean. Instead they're in the back talking. Staff did a great job. We had a group of 24 ordering. We got there a little late at night. Again, the staff was patient and... great. They took our orders, smiled and kept going at it. Their dining room section wasn't took great. Tables and floors weregross and dirty. Read more
