The drinks are not consistent. Please use your measuring cups instead of eyeballing it. I ordered a Trenta Strawberry Acai and... it was so watered down. Another instance I ordered a 2 Java chips. I want to say Thank from the bottom of my heart to the two works working today.. I went here to get Me and my kids a snack and... some drinks. We got our order walk out the store and my sons who has atusim got to excited and droped his drink.he was so sad Iwent in and told them he drop his and would like to buy another.with out questioning it they made him another. Aaah Starbucks! A selection of good teas and coffees. Challenges arise with new hires. Disappointment from not knowing being... familiar with the recipe for beverages. I can't tell you the MANY times I received the wrong mixture of my favorite drink,London Fog latte. A great drink, so Starbucks make sure your new hires know where to find the receipes, ???? so as not todisappointment your loyal customers. Read more
Stopped off for some coffee and tea with family while exploring Abbott Kinney. Amongst us we ordered coffee, chai tea, herbal... tea and some pastries. The staff were knowledgable and efficient (despite the line - this place is popular!), and the coffee andtea were flavourful (the mugs were huge - real value for money!) Well worth a visit for the coffee and tea lover. Read more
I usually don't like to give negative comments but if someone doesn't like their job they shouldn't work there and I'm rating... with the sole purpose of hopefully Starbucks reading this and doing something about it . This one ???? rate is due to the onegirl that made my drink. I don't think it's fair to all of the Starbucks customers that pay good money for a drink. I noticedfrom the beginning she had a straight face and wouldn't even say you're welcome back to the customers ahead of me who said Thankyou.
