I?m sorry, but this Starbuck?s used to be very classy and fun to hang around or at least presentable. I understand it?s busy... but many of the people who work here present behavioral problems, no courtesy, little or no social exposure other than asubculture that limits their professionalism, and just dislike for general culture. This place needs a management overhaul evenif the Victoria Gardens has become rougher with a flotsam and jetsam culture coming in and out. A few of the crew gave me oneheck of an example of customer service. It might seem frivolous but I asked for my special flavoring for my coffee, the cashierguy asked another barista and was met with impatience by said barista. I asked for some other flavor. He shook his headimpatiently like I was annoying him. I became impatient too and asked what they got. The cashier just got nervous. I hit mypersonal brakes and just backed off because the cashier though almost hapless was not to blame though very disappointed. Thatother barista practiced CYA and said have a good day sir for some minor effect as I made my way to counter. Ho hum! Here?s thenext thing that happened ? I waited patiently near the counter for my coffee. Well, one of the baristas called for someone topick up their coffee and told me to stand back. ??? The lady whose coffee was ready had enough good space to grab that coffee. I chewed out that barista who dared boss me around for such a bigoted, whimsical, and controlling demand. I also stood myground where I was. God bless this Starbuck?s, but it needs REFORM and soon. Read more

Loved the vibes of this Starbucks location. The baristas were all friendly, personable, and working hard. People were constantly... streaming in and ordering, and they were cheerfully serving each person. Lots of indoor and outdoor seating. Great place tostudy at or just vibe. Personal shout out to John for being such a great worker. Read more

This location is terrible. They do not have enough people making drinks to handle the incredible amount of traffic for the... location. There is clearly no one managing this store thats held down by a consortium of apathetic teenagers Read more

The restaurant was visibly dirty and messy. I ordered a venti caramel ribbon crunch with extra caramel crunch topping. My drink... did not have any caramel crunch at all. It took me a while to get the attention of a barista (they all had AirPods in!) and whenI finally did she told me unapologetically that they didn?t have any more caramel crunch topping. They didn?t offer to change mydrink for another. I am disappointed with my visit. Read more

Star, Lizzie and Sarah were really professional and show outstanding customer service. They provided service on time really... helpful and made sure that all my needs were met during my visit to my favorite Starbucks. This location has a large patio with lots of chairs, prices are a bit of a joke, but that's always the thing with Starbucks.... Lots of free Wi-Fi in rage even if the Wireless in Starbucks isn't working. Read more
