Nice place to relax and enjoy your day. Good customer service but had problems with WiFi
While Starbucks is still my favorite coffee place, I have experienced Starbucks employees putting on the side and forgetting to... deliver my drink(already prepared!). I would completely understand if there are lots of customers, but today especially, therewas only one or two and after they left, I had to interrupt two Starbucks employees chatting happily about something for myforgotten drink!!! Location is not drive-thru! Incorrectly labeled on Google maps. Experience was otherwise positive.
Great store. Never have had an issue. The staff is always nice and friendly. The only issue I have is of the customers I see... treating the staff unfairly every time I walk in. It?s usually about an order that isn?t ready yet or an order made incorrectly.It?s saddening to see how impatient people have been in regards to coffee and how they treat others when they are upset. We canall be nice and treat others with kindness, and I wish the Starbucks staff at this location the best of luck with how the now?everyday Starbucks coffee drinker? acts when there order is made wrong or is not ready to their standards.
