Haven?t been to my favorite red Robin location in Rancho Cucamonga, California in way over six years and three of of those years... were due to the pandemic. I had had an especially rough day a day where Murphy?s Law dominated until I decided to order under myfavorite rewards program, I was going to do curbside pick up but I then realized that they still had outdoor patio seating whichis awesome because my puppy was able to accompany me as I eat dinner. I was greeted by Ingrid and two other employees came outto introduce themselves. Sometimes restaurants tend to forget people that are seated outside but not this place. Ingrid wassupreme and customer service. Didn?t have to ask for anything twice. Got a to go bag. Even brought a bowl of water for my puppy.Tiptop customer service and after a day that I had? This Red Robin is typically pretty busy but the service has always been quick and friendly! The burger was juicy with a nicely... toasted bun and the sweet potato fries were tender enough without feeling soggy. Read more

This Red Robin had very good service. We never ran out of fries or drinks, the food was served hot and the waitress and hostess... were nice. We did wait 20 min or so to get seated at a table for 2, in a restaurant that was at 30% capacity but that has becomethe new normal. Read more

I want to Red Robin and it was kind of late so I ordered the Master Cheese Burger with Bottomless Steak Fries which was really... good. For an appetizer, I ordered Fried Pickle Nickels they are the best! And it's what I look forward to eating every time Igo. They are Golden-fried dill slices served with Campfire Mayo. It was an enjoyable time. Lots of families of all ages relaxed and enjoying a good meal. The wait was said to be 30 minutes, but... they got us in, in about 12! They were out of all grilled chicken, but the rest they had. A nice change of pace. Read more
