I appreciate how kind the staff was. It\'s a shame how the food was not good tho. I didn\'t enjoy the chicken. I also felt the... price was unreasonable for the amount that I got. I ordered 10 pieces, half sweet chili and half garlic parmesan. the sweetchili, I expected it to be sweet and spicy, the flavor wasn\'t there for me. the chicken tasted dry. I placed a large group order for a goodbye party for a friend at work. Riley was very helpful with helping me place my order and... speaking with Dwayne to make sure everything was okay before he gave me the final details. We ordered the 3 tenders and friesboxes for our group. I paid the day before the event it was quick and easy. On the day of the event I went in and the staff wasvery friendly, and already had my order ready. The whole group was super satisfied. Food was amazing! Saw this on Instagram and just couldn?t resist to stop by! Nashville chicken sandwich had that soft inside I... was looking for and the thing was just dripping with a whole lotta sauce. Let me start off with the good. Great sandwiches and well worth the drive for me. Great portions. Definitely recommend eating... here. Now for the bad. Ordered online delivery and realized I didn?t ask for ranch. So I called directly and asked for ranch.They confirmed it. Order arrived and no ranch and also missing a sauce that comes with the meal. Ordered extra coleslaw anddidn?t get a fork. No napkins. I posted this as a comment on their IG page and they deleted it. It?s important for a restaurantto have accountability and respect it?s customers. And this is something they did not display. I?m not asking for a refund orfree food. I\'m so thrilled Rancho finally has a place for amazing Hot chicken sandwiches. This is a ghost kitchen located inside off the... hook poke. But you can walk in and order from both menus. They also have really great chicken wings, chicken strips that come inassorted flavors. The quality is excellent. By far way better than any fast food chain.
