Oh my goodness. This is my new spot right now. The chicken Buldak was so amazing and the chicken was so spicy and good. Yes it... pricey but tbh... it\'s worth it. It\'s hard to give a restaurant a low score. I went in the middle of the week on a Wednesday afternoon. It was my second time... here and last time i waited over an hour for my order. I was told it was out of the ordinary and that it wouldn\'t happen again.I was told it would be 20-25 minutes, which i\'m sure anyone is okay with because the food is made to order.\n\nAfter an hour ofwaiting I still didn\'t get my food.\n\nSo as a review the food is good. most likely the best korean fried chicken in the IE.The food is expensive, a bit of sticker shock once you receive the portion. It all felt like a gamble because the people aroundme were complaining that they didn\'t get what they ordered.\n\nUnfortunately this is one of those cases where bad servicenegates the quality of the food. Chickens good. But everything else sucked. We waited for 30 min until they told us they were out of whole chickens. Then 1 hour... later we only got half the order out. We asked the waitress if our order is coming and she said “ I really don’t know wekeep asking them and they said ya sure”. And while we were sitting we saw 3-4 other customers walking in and leaving upset cuztheir orders were made wrong. Usually good but the management of the kitchen staff must be slacking hardcore. The food here is always so good. The staff is always SUPER friendly and attentive. I\'ve come here a handful of times. Today I... experienced a customer being SUCH a pain and a diva over his order. Clearly he was looking for free food. This couple threw afit over their food being \"disgusting\" and how the man was a cook for years and never made something like that. He thenproceeded to try and leave without paying. He even tried to go into the kitchen and gave the entire wait staff and cookstrouble. I applaud the way the employees handled the situation in a calm manner. None of them deserved to be treated as poorlyas this man treated them. Keep up the great work and excellent service! Read more
B rated by the health department. Trash chicken, with no flavor. Flour, salt, and pepper you will make a better batter then this... trash chicken. 1 bite is all it took to know that you can go to KFC, Church\'s, or any low priced chicken and get higher qualitythen this chicken.
