Unfortunately, this location is poorly managed. I waited at the front of the line for over 15 minutes, I was simply picking up a... coffee and croissant. No one was running the front (taking orders). The manager was briskly walking around, he watched as peoplewaited in line and the line only continued to get longer. The employees were running around trying to catch up with mobileorders. I decided to leave without ordering. I'm disappointed with the service at this location. I will not be a returningcustomer. Read more

This location is amazing I really appreciate that the team preparing orders was accommodating when I was expecting a spacific... item when I placed my order at the kiosk and received the wrong item ? Why can't we get such great bagels as Panera has anywhere else! I'm sure you can but maybe it's the combination of good food,... good service, and a pleasant environment that makes everything so nice. One of my favorite places for coffee and a bagel and wealso really enjoy the soups and pastries too! Read more
I love Panera! Great service! Awesome comfort food! Delicious salads! I was a manager for a Panera bread, so I know the food is... always clean and prepared fresh. The baked goods are soooo good! I went here for the first in years and was amazed at all thenew tea's. Now I'm just a regular and I love it here. ???? Read more

UNSANITARY FLIES ON THE PASTRIES !!!!????. The pastries arent lock in a glass like they would in an actual legit bakery... everything is out sit all day flies fly on it so disgusting.Homeless at the entrance begging for money.the floor is dirty.Always long lines, especially during lunch its a nightmare .the prices are beyond outrageous they really scalp custumers 4.79$for a large drink , really ?! 11.99 for a very sad looking tasteless pizza extremely basic dough tomato sauce cheese and somedry and gresy pepperonies. Blaze makes custumized fresh ones for 9.99$ . All their food is massed factory produced shippedfrozen and reheated on the spot. For the price of those cookies you can go to a REAL bakery for homemade pastry and 8$ for breadjust no..... 85 degree got sweet stating 1.60$ to 2.10$ i seriously dont get how panera stay open when you can get better dealliterally EVERYWHERE ELSE . Not to mention those fruit drink are dangerous and JUNK 100mg of SUGAR!! ( hello diabetes) and 4000mg of coffee ( hello heart attack) thats 4 cups of coffee !! A can of coke is healthier than this thats how bad it is . INSANITY!!! Fyi they now hide the unlimited drink BEHIND THE CASHIER . GUETTO AND RIDICULOUS.
