I spend 20 minutes standing in line in this dingy restaurant while the lone employee builds 3 salads and a poke bowl for one... customer. Finally it?s my turn to order. As we struggle through the process it finally comes time to pay for one of the mostexpensive poke bowls I?ve had. Turns out they don?t even have chopsticks! You can keep it, I?ll go somewhere else. Turn on thelights, maybe even a little music. Clean the place up. Keep your junk and debris out of customer sight, make the place look likea place where someone would want to have their food prepared. Maybe then you can see and manage your inventory! Read more
