Winter Little Caesars off of Day Creek and foothill boulevard in rancho Cucamonga California it's usually pretty good however... this particular day I took my granddaughter and we don't eat a lot of sauce so I ordered them fairness to them and realized Ididn't so I went back in and I told the girl to make sure they do easy sauce light sauce they didn't do it so we end up doing$10 away so when I go back I definitely will tell them up front but I did tell them enough time for them to have made it thesauce because they told you 15 to no 20 to 30 minutes when it took 45 to 50 and people actually was walking out leaving becauseit was taking so long I'll go back and they don't get it right this time I'm going to write a review that they not going to befun though but I'm going to name names Read more

Placed order through their app at 7:10 with a pick up time of 7:45. My 2 pizzas (stuffed crust and classic) were not ready until... after 8:30. Even though at 7:50 I got the text/email saying my pizzas were loaded in the portal. Total lie. It?s not the firsttime they?ve been extraordinarily late at this location. Ordered online. States my order would be ready between 9:14-9:19. At 9:39, still no notification my order is ready. I went in... the store, looked in the pick up box, I see a pizza inside. I asked the cashier if that pizza would happen to be mine. He saidyes. I asked how long has it been there, he sId about 10-15 minutes. I said why didn't I get a notification. He said the systemfor the pick up box is down. I said I would have been notified to see the cashier if it was down. My kids like their pizza, butthey need better service, maybe hire more people. This is the fanceroni pepperoni pizza they gave....it's ridiculous and nothing like advertised. The bread was hard, no cheese on... the crust, you do not get what you pay for. I don't recommend any little Ceasars at this point service is terrible. Read more

At around 6:30pm today 7/21/2022 I ordered a extra most bestest pepperoni pizza, I asked how long it would take but she said it... was Hot and ready. When I got home and opened my pizza, half of the pizza was missing pepperoni, it was cold, and hard as arock. It was literally like cardboard. They also did not want to give me my change from the purchase, arguing that they don'tkeep coins in the register and failed to give Me a receipt. When I called the store to request the corporates number, themanager "Stephanie" (if that is even her real name) gave me the wrong number! Disappointing. I ordered a detroit style pizza, wings and cheesy breadsticks which took them an hour and 15 mins to get ready.... The employee that helped me was kind and apologetic about the wait though. Adding to that, the pizza was still raw and thecheesy breadsticks were cold. the wings were the only thing actually hot n ready. I double checked the pizza to make sure theraw part wasn?t just cheese but it was bland unlike the cheese and sticky. I also had my boyfriend try it to confirm it and heagreed.
