We all have our favorites, but i decided to switch it up today. Sandwiches took some time, but they warmed up the meats and... cheese. Pickles definitely upgrade the sandwiches. First time here. Quite different than the "other" sandwich spots. We apparently were helped by a new staff, which was cool. He... was learning and so were we. Every question we asked, he turned and asked someone else who was not there as a team player. Theguy making the sandwiches seemed annoyed as the rookie asked questions. We were patient because it was obvious he was new. Nowthe "all involved" condiments are not for "all" sandwiches. I asked for tomatoes and onions ("all involved" includes those 2)and THEY WERE NOT "INVOLVED" anywhere on my sandwich. Thank goodness the hubby shared his tomatoes with me. The tuna sandwich iordered was good! The 2 missing ingredients would have given the sandwich a "great" vote instead of "good!" Idk if I will returnanytime soon. My first time coming here and it was really good, way better than I expected. There?s a good amount to chose from and I went... with the firehouse club. I was not let down by my choice, it was so good. I finished my sandwich pretty fast and was thinkingabout getting another one. The sandwiches are filling but they?re so good that you?ll want to keep eating. The service wasn?tbad either, the employees were fast and friendly. Edit: We've been back a few times and although the food remains delicious, the customer service has dramatically dropped. I... could've been on actual fire and Hannah just gave us a dead stare. No welcome or hello or any acknowledgement. Jordan was nochatty cathy either. We had to address him. The purple haired girl was too busy doing stuff to notice us. Took off astar. Great sandys here! I like the Hook & Ladder fully involved. Which is all the fixins. They have a healthy selection of hotsauces, I like the sweet and spicy Captain Something sauce. Reminds me of Quiznos Batch 81 they used in the club there. The dudewho greets us every single time we come here is attentive and full of suggestions. The wait can be a bit much sometimes but thefood is always good. They have sweet tea here as well, a plus in my book. It's a lil drive here but worth it. I'll be back. Read more
