Dont save any credit card information on your Dickeys BBQ account. Back in October, by account was hacked. An order was placed... for this location. There is absolutely no way to contact this location to let them know of the hack. The phone number listedis an automated message and goes to a voicemail. I did leave a message but never received a call back waddressing my concerns.The hacker not only ordered the food, but also taunted me by calling my phone number listed in my account. Food is good but for the portions vs what it's going to cost you, I'd rather go ro Lucille's. I got a sandwich and soda for $15.... It wasn't a big sandwich, it didn't come with any sides and it was chicken. Again the taste was good, just want my cost tomeasure up against the food. Read more

I have had bad experiences at this store before but got free coupons from corporate to make up for the bad service and food.... After arriving there I was told they did not honor free coupons from corporate and also did not honor the Dickey's specialswhich I get online everyday in my feed. Finally the manager via text told the one person working there to "honor the couponsthis time" so my friend and I got a BBQ pork "sandwich", for they do not have BBQ chicken. Only BBQ pork. Got the sandwich whichwas tasteless pork with a pepper rub with no sauce on it. There was no tomato, or lettuce or anything else. The meat tasted oldand was full of pieces of fat. The worker did not have gloves on while handling the food. The owner of this store does not havea clue on how to operate a store. My friends and I will avoid this place at all cost. Read more

I am staying in a hotel on business and eat out every meal. I love Dickeys BBQ. But, I can not recommend this one. I ordered the... two meat plate w two sides. Moist beef and reg sausage. Worst tasting ribs ever... I wouldn't feed this to a dog.. go to famous Dave's instead.... And just in case you were wondering... about the outside of the container, yes that's how I received it with all of that sauce over the container. Read more

Food is great. I forgot my wallet and wanted to pay with my phone using Samsung pay. The cashier had no clue what that was and... was freaking out! That was the only issue. It's not the first business this happens. Why is mobile pay/ Samsung or Apple soforeign to businesses? Read more
