I have been to this location countless times and I would say they get my order correct 20% of the time. The cake topper today... was going for breakfast and the location isn?t even open - although the hours say they are open. No signage to say they arenot, just an empty store. Del Taco never fails to exceed my expectations. The value menu is truly a value, we can feed a lot of people for a lot less... money than anywhere else. The Spicy Jack Chicken Quesadilla is my favorite. Was really bummed out. I ordered the grilled chicken salad. What I got was a small salad with, what appeared to be, diced up... chicken meat that they would put into a burrito or taco. At the window when getting my order, I asked for either ranch or bluecheese. The kid tells me they don't have salad dressings. This is very strange to sell salads and not carry dressing??? Hetells me that it comes with salsa. Then he tells me that they have ranch, if I want to buy it. Yes, ranch dressing....but whywould I need to buy dressing for my salad. He can keep the salsa. Then again he says that they don't have dressing, only ranch.THATS what ranch is, it's salad dressing. He told me no, ranch is not salad dressing. So I paid the 54 cents to get about atablespoon of ranch. Very strange to sell salads and not carry salad dressing. Also, someone needs to tell the employees thatranch is, in fact, salad dressing....and not charge extra for it. Read more
The lady who is taking the orders for the drive thru is very rude, many times she shouts..? one second ? while I?m making the... order. She gave me a wrong order and she insists that I have my order in full and the wrong bag belongs to the car next to meand it was extra. And after she realized that I don?t have it, she gave it to me without even an apology. Read more
Very unorganized staff! I ordered 3 chicken soft tacos and 1 plain chicken soft taco with a Strawberry Sprite on the side. In... between me ordering I was cut off multiple times and at the end, I was repeated my order back to me correctly. However, my orderwas all kinds of whack! ... and no one was ahead of me or behind me. So I don't understand the lack of effort that went into myorder, especially. Read more
People are nice enough here, actually very friendly, but it?s not often I get my order correctly. Usually the fries or hash... brown are cold. Today I did get fresh fries which was awesome, but then I decided to have a bite of my egg and cheese burrito,no side extra cheese. Welp today was the day I was going to have to be happy with just fries. I got a burrito with just eggLOADED with sauce. ?????????????????????Maybe next time. Read more

20 minutes after 7am and she isn't taking orders from the drive thru and the dining room is closed. She is ignoring my knocks on... the that leads to the dining room. Keep in mind this place is suppose to be open at 7am. The least she could do is say that itwill be a little while longer rather than ignore me. Read more
