Waited 15 mins with only 2 cars in front of me, got some queso fries and a bold burrito, fries were burnt & frozen at at the... same time, bold burrito fell apart ss soon as I unwrapped it and started falling out, never even received a fork or napkins, I'mnever the one to leave reviews or complain but this place was terrible lol. Ordered food tonight 7/1/2022. Their text said it was delivered. We never received it. Tried calling Del Taco, but their line... has been busy all night. Tried calling the number they had for the delivery driver. He answered, but didn't speak English. Called DoorDash and complained and asked for a refund. The girl said I would get a refund. We will see. Very disappointed asthis is the first time I have ordered Del Taco in Rancho Cucamonga. Will not be trying to order from them ever again. I amhungry, ha! Read more
Currently sitting here waiting for my child's food, watching the manager use her hands to scoop fries and scoop jalapeno onto... the fries. No gloves whatsoever. Definitely getting a refund. As a restaurant manager of ten years myself this is absolutelydisgusting Read more
I've been going to this Del Taco since the day it opened and the food and service was fast. Not anymore! From the managers to... the entry level servers they NEED TRAINING! Standing around yapping, not paying attention is not the way to keep customers. And for the prices they now charge, the least they can provide is a burrito without dried out beans. Read more
Never go there. I'm going to complain to corporate office of del taco. My burrito looks like it just came from bathroom.
