Arriving to this location on my lunch break hoping for a nice experience instead Alyssa breaks the news to me that the... quesadilla mechanic is broken as if this mechanic pumps out quesadillas like a McDonald's ice cream machine, Her only solutionwas to offer me a kids quesadilla combo after being okay with that I ordered a bowl the portion of meat, rice and beans wasterrible and to top it off she drenched my bowl with hot sauce like it's sour cream. Just want to give everyone a heads up. Do not order from here. We catered and probably spent over 200 dollars to receive this.... By the way that bowl is supposed to be fully loaded with extra rice and beans. This burrito here is with everything butguacamole and fajita veggies. I?ve received some bad bowls or burritos elsewhere but nothing like this. This burrito is filledwith only beans, sour cream and a hint of meat. Very very disappointed. Don't normally have any issues with Chipotle however due to my last experience I won't be going back to that location any time... soon. We had an online pick up. Boyfriend went in to pick up the food. Upon seeing the contents of my burrito bowl I ordered, ithonestly looked like who ever prepared it didnt care what they were serving. I ordered Barbacoa as my protein and I was givenhunks of fat. Not shredded at all. Not to mention the little bit of meat that was on there was very tough and hard to pullapart.
